Cool cheers for the photo ! its really weird seeing it at the state of tune it was in 2006, i got it pretty much standard so si must have stripped it before he sold it to the guy who i bought it off.

Dunno what happend with the txb because it wasnt running a locked box when i got it but all the hydraulic system was still taken off... it broke last month so running 2wd at the mo, im in the process of sorting a new one with new rings from mike, hopefully be sorted in a couple weeks.

Kinda like it on those rims.. ;)

Heres how the glory hole looks at present..

Image

Motor spec at the mo is

Astra VXR plugs
Magnacore leads
Regal top hat
Forge actuator
TX FMIC kit with full polished pipework
TX afm-turbo s/s hard pipe
Courtenay panel filter
Courtenay manifold heat sheild
Collins performance dump valve
Scorpion cat-back system
Lightened GM flywheel
Turbo might be a re-con hybrid but have nothing to prove...

Dynoed at 206bhp and 228 ft/lb (before fitting the top hat and FMIC)

I got fed up with the cheap pioneer head unit that came with the car so managed to blag my dads old sony head unit and 10 disc changer he bought back in 1999 for his cavalier sri. (which i later blagged also lol)

Its a proper retro old thing, typical '90s design but i really like it and reckon it fits in well with the dash stlying.. Still got to find the proper bezel trim thing for it but re-fitted the other one for now.

Complete with tape deck ! :jumpy:

I hung the cd changer under the parcel shelf in the boot and got it all working earlier. Really impressed with the sound quality over the pioneer unit, even though it is 11 years old !

Some matching sony speakers to follow !
