Just to say hello

Post by ste porter »

Hi new on here but part of the furniture and eastern region coordinator on PNG
had cav turbo last year sadly when the mot ran out on skirt removal we found what could only be discribed as sills constructed of fiberglass all the mountings ect on the rear were gone bulk head rotted ect not good but that said i payed 300 quid for it with 5 months tax and test
So that got striped and helped various other cav turbos live abit longer and the back half made a sofa in the workshop.
Decided as soon as that had gone i would have another before christmas so brought what is realy a very very tidy example about 2 months ago for 1200 quid! Same guy has owned it sinse it was 2 years old apart from wheels morrets and a front mount it was near standard had a few running issues when i got it such as a blocked vent pipe to the amel valve which stoped it boosting ect but all sorted and running spot on now and well happy.

some of you may know me also for my nova 4x4 project on png and i was on the front cover of total vauxhall mag in september/october issue 114 this year for all my conversions i do ect

so im not a completly new face to some of you

any way thats a little about me for those that are interested
cheers steve

Welcome. Not a fan of the zex kit myself. Prefer the wizards of nos stuff.
