best turbo for the let???

hay guys

looking for sum feedback about wot the best turbo to fit to a let would be??

goin to have forged rods and pistons for safety, but not looking for crazy power. about 300bhp would be ample. lol

any suggestions welcome.

it really depends on your whole setup to what turbo you go for i.e

injectors intercooler boost pipes chipset up and so on get it all writen down in what you want and go from there
